I am Pronoti, writer, photographer and founder of Détours. I live between Paris and Toulouse, two cities I have come to love and be inspired by. After moving from India to France in my early 30s, I decided to change the course of my career and start a new chapter from scratch. Leaving a life in academia and teaching, I took the plunge into full-time writing in 2022. My mission with Détours is to inspire people to view travel and exploration from a more mindful eco-centric, rather than ego-centric lens.
